A conversation needs a way out of the notebook.
Before Kaizen had a name people could open, it was a bridge: prompts leaving the studio, a custom-trained model answering through Hugging Face. The interesting part was not the interface. It was whether the loop felt trustworthy.

EX 01The bridge
Agents, tried in the places people already talk.
Instagram direct messages, WhatsApp business lines, and a few custom paths — email, Telegram, Discord. The experiment is whether an agent can sound like the person it represents, and stop when it should hand the thread back.

Repetition is a design problem.
A suite of pipelines is still open on the bench: work that removes a repeated decision and leaves the judgment with a person. Not a product page. A direction.

Something is taking shape.
A study is in production. Naming it here would turn curiosity into a countdown. When it is ready, it will stand with the other projects. Until then, the frame stays empty on purpose.
